Beyond the emergency

We are first-responders that provide support before, during and after an emergency. Our profession connects us with the most vulnerable families of our community. Intimately aware of their needs, we offer proactive assistance and reactive shelter or referrals to help them restore their stability.

Formed in 2008, this 501(c)3 nonprofit is lead by Cottleville Professional Firefighters from IAFF Local 2665 and our talented community partners. Our common goal is to make our community a safer, healthier and happier place to live. See how we accomplish that goal through our programs, capital projects, community events and corporate partnerships.

Our team are active leaders in nonprofit, commercial and civic coalitions. We partner with corporate sponsors to provide services beyond our own means. We also engage with area schools to reach a part of our population that is frequently the most vulnerable to hunger, poverty and homelessness. Our assistance programs allow us to extend our aid to other organizations that also provide invaluable help to the community. Our team is 100% volunteer and all of the proceeds from our fundraising go into enriching our community works. We are entirely funded by corporate and community donations.
